July 2012~~Beaches, Birthdays, & Family Reunions

July....

July is the month where families get the barbeque grills fired up,
July is the month where the night sky is light up with fire works (unless you are under fire restrictions:)
July is the month where many families go out of town to be with family.
July is the month where many kids are dreary because it’s a month away for school.
July is the month where America gets to celebrate its independence from England.
July is the month where many people are dying of the heat of the summer.
July is my favorite month because it’s the time that I get to be myself around my family:)

Worleys Visit Denver - 6/22/12 to 6/27/12

We Covered Some Territory.....

ModMarket with Seth on Saturday

Seth checking out his new rack for his paddleboards

On Sunday Buffalo Wild Wings with Derek, Jenn, Tony, Trinity & Aubrey

After Lunch, Lisa, Keith, Dan and I rode the Light Rail downtown and to Mineral --

Dinner at Panera Bread and we were off to .....

ESTES PARK, CO on Monday

And then to Rocky Mountain National Park...

We visited Alluvial Fan.....When the dam of Lawn Lake failed (in the 80s), the water crashed down the mountainside, carrying boulders, trees and tons of water with it and creating the fan in the process. There is an easy path that leads to the waterfalls and boulders. Everyone will love climbing on the rocks and wading in the river

Tuesday we drove Trailridge Road....

...and then on to Blackhawk where we stayed at the Reserve Casino...

Wednesday we headed back to Denver to go to the Rockies/Washington Nationals Baseball Game

The Pathetic Rockies lost to the Nationals -- 11 to 5.

It was a Great Time!

Lisa and Keith left Thursday morning to go to Blue Hill to celebrate Keith's Dad's Birthday.
